3. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. However, this does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is only formed when your order has been processed and dispatched.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.
We accept secure online payments through PayFast, which supports major credit/debit cards and Instant EFT.
We do not store or have access to your payment card details — all transactions are encrypted and processed externally via PayFast.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide shipping via trusted courier services. Delivery estimates and fees are shown at checkout.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and meets our Returns & Refund Policy.
