Cenava South Africa utilizes a reliable hand-to-hand courier service that covers all regions within South Africa. Our courier partner is unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If you do not have a physical address, please contact us at support@cenava.co.za to arrange alternative delivery options.

Delivery Details

Delivery Times: Deliveries occur between 08h00 and 16h00 on weekdays (business days). Please ensure you are available to sign for your package during these hours.


Verification: Upon delivery, verify that the goods received match your order.

 

Address Requirements: Ensure your account includes the company name, department name, building number, area name, and city name. Specify if the delivery is to a business, residential, or farm address to avoid additional charges due to incorrect information. Provide a contact number for the courier to reach you if neede

Delivery Details

Collections can be arranged at our Cenava office in Pretoria, free of delivery charges.

 

Delivery Timeline

After receiving proof of payment, we strive to deliver your order within 1 to 5 working days.

Tracking Responsibility

It is your responsibility to track your order. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website for tracking purposes. If you encounter tracking issues, please contact us immediately.

Undelivered Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete address or your unavailability, it will be returned to us. We will attempt delivery twice more. After these attempts, you will need to pay for re-delivery before your order is dispatched again.
