These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Cenava South Africa’s website (www.cenava.co.za) and purchases of our products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms, South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), and other applicable laws.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.

Prices include VAT and are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards, EFT, and approved payment gateways (e.g., PayFast).

Payment must be completed before dispatch.

Delivery timelines: 3–7 business days (urban areas), 7–14 days (rural areas).

Risk transfers to you upon delivery. Delays due to courier issues are not our liability.

Price Policy
If you find a competitor's lower price on an identical in-stock item, we will beat it by 10%.
