      Cenava now offers a convenient Lay-By payment option, allowing you to secure your desired rugged  smartphone, tablet, or laptop and pay it off in affordable installments.

     

    • :  We don't require any credit checks or bank statements.

    • : No interest or extra costs—just the price you see today.

    • : Flexible payment periods to suit your budget.

    • : Guarantee your chosen device won't sell out while you save.

    • : Compliant with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) for your peace of mind.

     

    :

    1. : Browse our selection of rugged phones, tablets, and laptops and add your desired product to your cart.

    2. : Choose the Lay-By payment option during checkout.

    3. : Pay a small deposit (typically 20% of the purchase price) to reserve your item.

    4. : Pay regular installments over an agreed-upon period (up to 6 months).

    5. : Once all installments are paid, your device is ready for collection or delivery!

     

    :

    • : A minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase price is required.

    • : The maximum lay-by period is 6 months from the date of the initial deposit.

    • : Payments can be made via EFT, credit card, or other approved payment gateways.

    • : You may cancel the Lay-By agreement at any time before full payment. A cancellation fee of 1% of the full purchase price may apply, as permitted by the CPA. This fee will not be charged if cancellation is due to death or hospitalization.

    • : We may cancel the Lay-By agreement if you fail to make payments within 60 business days after the agreed completion date.

    • : In case of cancellation (by either party), you will receive a refund of all amounts paid, less any applicable cancellation fees. Refunds will be processed within 10-21 business days.

    • : Lay-By is subject to product availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, you will receive a full refund.

    • : If the goods are lost, destroyed, or damaged before full payment, we will cancel the Lay-By and refund all payments made.

    • :  You will need to provide a copy of your South African ID or passport when applying for Lay-By in-store and when collecting the goods.

    • : A customer can only have 5 active Lay-bys across different brands at a time.
